An allocation at guaranteed rates has been secured with each of these hotels.There are additional hotels available within walking distance of the Grand Harbour Hotel however accommodation for these needs to be booked directly with the hotel.These allocations are only available until Monday 12th October - after this time rooms will be subject to availability and at best costs available.

All hotels are within easy walking distance of the meeting venue - The De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel.

To request a resevation please simply click on the hotel of your choice from the list. You will be taken to an information page which will show in detail the hotel facilities . If you wish to book this hotel please click the “Book Online” button which opens an online booking request form.

Please complete this form completely, including a Purchase Order number if required and “submit” it by clicking the button at the bottom of the form. Your request will be sent to the chosen hotel and a copy sent to you by email detailing your booking request, which can be used for submission to your finance department. The hotel will then retrieve your request from our secure portal and process it - contacting you direct with confirmation. If you have not received this confirmation within 5 days of submission - please email us and we will investigate further.
