Homeopathy: Making Positive Waves

8 -11 October 2020 - Bournemouth

Welcome to Bournemouth

99th Faculty of Homeopathy Congress, 8th – 11th October 2020 – Bournemouth, UK

I am delighted to extend a warm invitation to the 99th Faculty of Homeopathy Congress which will be held in Bournemouth from 8th – 11th October 2020.

The Faculty of Homeopathy Congress is a long-standing, biennial event and is recognised as one of the most intellectually and socially stimulating events in the homeopathic calendar. Registration is open to all practitioners and colleagues who have an interest in Homeopathy. Whatever your background and whatever your level of experience, if you are interested in meeting with like-minded colleagues to explore the benefits of Homeopathy, you will be most welcome.

Our conference venue is the Hilton Bournemouth and is ideally situated near the seafront of Bournemouth within walking distance of other hotels, excellent shopping and all of the evening social event venues. Bournemouth is easily accessible by road, rail or air and has many accommodation options, ranging from budget hotels and guesthouses through to several 4-star hotels.

As we will be in one of England’s favourite seaside resorts, our theme is centred around the sea and all that this encompasses. Whilst this will include familiar themes associated with the sea, it is also hoped that there will be the opportunity for ‘Making Positive Waves’ within our community, generating the positivity that has marked previous Congresses and highlighting the benefits of integrating Homeopathy within healthcare.

We look forward to enjoying a comprehensive programme of academic sessions and presentations delivered by leading Homeopaths from the UK around the world, plus various unique and unmissable social events each evening. All of these activities will provide the perfect opportunity to encounter friends old and new, in an informative, inspiring and inclusive environment.

Please book your place today and I look forward to welcoming you to Bournemouth.

Dr Gary Smyth
President, Faculty of Homeopathy

Who should attend?

This Congress is open to all colleagues, whether you are a member of the Faculty of Homeopathy, or any of the other Homeopathic organisations. Medical doctors, veterinary surgeons, dentists, pharmacists, podiatrists, nurses, midwives, homeopathic practitioners, therapists and other healthcare professionals will join with scientists, researchers, educators, students, politicians and opinion leaders in a unique and multidisciplinary environment.

The event is open to practitioners of all levels of experience in Homeopathy. Whether you are a newly (or soon to be) qualified Homeopath, a researcher, teacher or an established academic within the Homeopathic community, you will be most welcome.

This is an international Congress, with delegates expected from the UK, across Europe and around the world. At the previous Faculty of Homeopathy Congresses in 2018, delegates attended from 20 different countries, enjoying a range of international speakers.

The Congress is also open to colleagues working within the disciplines of Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Ecological and Functional Medicine. Whether you are working within the public or private sector, if you have an interest in exploring the integration of Homeopathy within healthcare, you should attend this event.

Whatever your interest in Homeopathy, you will be assured of a warm welcome.

The congress combines lectures and presentations with case studies, examples of good practice and Q & A sessions.
